• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment
• Login credentials are sent to the email address provided during purchase
• Due to immediate access to proprietary content, these purchases are non-refundable

Group Coaching Programs

• Programs include both immediate digital access and ongoing group coaching services
• Digital materials and community access are provided upon enrollment
• Payment plans are offered as a courtesy and represent a commitment to the full program cost
• You may cancel enrollment in writing within 14 days of purchase, but due to immediate access to digital materials:
• Payments already made are non-refundable
• You'll maintain access to materials unlocked during your active enrollment
  Missing scheduled sessions does not reduce or eliminate payment obligations
• Access to community spaces requires adherence to community guidelines

1:1 Coaching Services

• Session times are confirmed upon booking
• Rescheduling is available with 48 hours notice
• Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe
• Packages may be canceled within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used
• Individual unused sessions in a package may be refunded at the discretion of Your Goal Blueprint

Service Delivery

• Personalized audits are delivered within 3 business days of completing the intake form
• Group coaching sessions are scheduled and communicated upon program enrollment
• 1:1 coaching sessions are scheduled directly through our booking system

• We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days
• Technical access issues are prioritized and addressed within 24 hours
